Shipping Made Easy
Welcome! Here you'll find all the essential information about how we handle the posting, shipping, and delivery of our parcels. If you need your new items by Saturday to make tails wag or require further assistance, feel free to reach out to us. We’re excited to help!
Please note that "working days" refers to any day that is not a weekend or a Bank Holiday in England.
Additionally, our delivery options include insurance coverage for all products up to a value of £500. If you need additional insurance, please contact our customer service team at +44 7716 045004 or email us at masterbreederacademy@gmail.com before placing your order.
UK Standard Delivery
UK Standard Royal Mail Delivery is FREE on orders of £80 or more, or £5.95 for orders under £80. Dispatch typically occurs within 24 hours of receiving your order, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays. If the 24-hour period falls on a weekend or a Bank Holiday, dispatch will be arranged for the next working day.
Deliveries are made within 2-5 working days after your order is placed. For example, if you order on Wednesday, your goods should arrive by the following Monday. We will notify you of any delivery delays, and you can track your order by logging into your account.
Please note that we do not deliver on Bank Holidays or Sundays. In such cases, expect your delivery on the next working day. We also do not dispatch on Bank Holidays.
This is the standard delivery option unless you select a different delivery method within the UK. For international deliveries, please see below.
DPD Next Day Guaranteed (1-2 Business Days)
(This service is only available in the UK)
DPD Next Day Guaranteed is available for orders placed before 11 AM from Monday to Thursday. The cost for this service is £12.95 for all orders shipped within the UK. Orders placed before the cutoff time will be dispatched the same day.

Again, please note that we do not deliver on Bank Holidays or Sundays. In these cases, expect your delivery on the next working day.
International/Rest of the World
International delivery is available for orders placed Monday to Thursday. The cost for this service is £24.99 for all orders shipped outside the UK. Orders placed before 11 AM will be dispatched the same day; otherwise, they will ship the next working day.
Deliveries typically take 7-10 working days, although they can arrive sooner. Please note that we do not deliver on Bank Holidays or Sundays, and you can expect your delivery on the next working day in these instances.
Terms of Postage
Any promotional products not covered by our general postage terms will incur a standard postage charge as outlined above, except for specific promotions like the deals, which will have the UK Standard Delivery charge applied.
Refunds on postage will not be provided if you misread the shipping policy and your order was dispatched the next working day using the service you paid for.
Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 3 PM. Orders placed after 3 PM will be dispatched the next working day.
